i just checked ban ip list and for sure if u used same ip i see here in forum u not in that list .. so plz make sure ur connection is good , and if no problem in connection, tell me what antivirus u have .. if avast u have to stop it before u run the game and after u login u can turn on the antivirus again ..

I used Micsrosoft Essentials.. my problem is when im trying to play using Virtual Private Network (VPN), i cant connect to the game "Aq. Ip Add ". if it is really imposible for a vpn to connect to the server its ok then, ill just have to use another connection.. ynx
